We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/Very clean condition both sides.
- Light scratches on hinge covers and bottom of the corner on the left side traffic door, however these could easily be hidden with a touch up pen or resprayed if desired- see last photos.
Security
- High quality 9 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing, these can be removed if required, leaving plain glass.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handle externally Silver, internally Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
