The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden Oak Veneer Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Light weathering on the trim pieces (which may not be needed), and the side of the sidelight. In both cases a sand down and varnish would bring back to brand new.
- The veneer is peeling on the sidelight by the letterbox – see photos.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight/Window
- There is one sidelight of width 49cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.8cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick single glazed, distorted, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has leaded pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D almost “fleur de lys” like design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Varnished, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Solid Brass coloured furniture.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
