Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Three pieces of beading missing – one long and two short – see last photo for end-profile.
- Vent covers are missing, which can also be purchased cheaply online.

- 4 point locking system making it very secure.

Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £30 total inc VAT.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order the glazing yourself, the units required are: Width: 41.9cm, Height: 66.2cm (x1 pane) (LH)
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handle is Black.
