Outside your budget?
The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Brand New Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Green, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Unity Doors’.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Small mark on one hinge (see photos) which could be easily touched up. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity or operation of the hinge in any way.
- Missing 2 Sill End Caps – these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is Woodgrain Green and internally is White, with a White frame.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
