The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Light marks in a few places which could be touched up.
- Two screw holes on the internal section of the frame from previously hung blinds. These could be easily filled, or covered with new replacement blinds.
Security
- 3 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system making it very secure.
- This item comes with no keys. However, new handles complete with keys can be purchased online for a low expense.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has a leaded diamond design stuck internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
