We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Light marks on the frame externally, however these are hardly noticeable and could be hidden with a trim upon installation.
Security
- High quality 4 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes fitted with a new barrel and 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top hung.
- Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement, however top clips can’t lock together as they are misplaced.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black externally and Silver internally, and the colour of the hinges is Anthracite Grey externally and White internally.
