The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

uPVC French Doors with Sidelights in White, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Manufactured 30/06/2022 (see photos).
Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Comes with matching white handles (not pictured) which are easy to install. Also comes with white drainage caps which are fitted to the door.
Security
- 11 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 27.5cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 124.3cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 151.8cm.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £350 total inc VAT, this will take 5-7 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself, the units required are:
- Width: 21.4cm, Height: 194.9cm (x2 panes) (LH)
- Width: 38.2cm, Height: 180.9cm (x2 panes) (LH)
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges and handles is White.
