The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- These are only a few years old and removed due to extension.
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition both sides, with no defects or damage, look in near mint condition.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘JMA’ high security key and one window key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are multiple widths to the sidelight/windows, see below the sizes:
- Sidelight curved Width: 88cm, Height: 150cm x 2
- Sidelight opening Width: 47.5cm, Height: x 2
- Sidelight fixed Width: 49.7cm, Height: x 2
- The sidelights can be fitted either side/whatever combination you like.
- Just the French Door frame width is 115cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Georgian bars internally inside the panes, and on the glazing. If you wanted completely clear glazing you would need to replace the glass.
Colour
- Professionally powder coated externally and internally is matt White.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
