The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Carl F’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £545 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour
- The colour externally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has Chrome main handle, hinges are white internally and black externally.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
