We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a brand new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- These doors come with three panes of glass – one of which is clear, and the other two contain internal blinds (one operates manually, the other is electronic). Please contact us for a quote if you would like to replace any of these panes.
- The glass panes measure Width 77.8cm, Height 199.5cm, depth 2.8cm (checked LH).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Antique Grey (SEN015), with a matching frame either side.
- These come with an exclusive range of Smart sensations paint which has a metallic and tactile finish.
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
- Has matching Antique Grey (SEN015) coloured furniture.
