1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Front Door, Bespoke made to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The paint on the door and side lights has started bubbling, however you can sand down and repaint.
• There are a few screw holes on the side light, however this can be filled and painted.
• Some of the glass has been broken, however this only affects one sidelight and could be replace by a professional.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• The locks will need to be changed as there is no keys.
• The hinges are missing, however replacement ones can be purchased online.

Security

• Multi point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width: 51.5cm.
• The door plus one side light width: 136.8cm
• Just the door width is 85.3cm

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, Distorted, Stained glass.
• Decorative leaded pattern on the external and internal sided of the glass.

Colour

• The colour externally is Yellow and internally is White.
• The handles & hinges are Solid Brass
