Extremely heavy 1930s Solid Oak reclaimed Hardwood Front Door.

Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• Screw holes on the external side (see photos).
• Small split on the external side (see photos), however, this could all be repaired by a competent carpenter.
• Signs of rot on the bottom (see photos), however, this could also be rectified by a competent carpenter.
• The rain sill is slightly loose (see photos), but this could be reattached/repaired by a competent carpenter.
• No frame & no key for the lock.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• Externally and internally painted White, however could easily be stripped back to show the Original Solid Oak woodgrain.
• Has matching Solid Brass furniture.
