1930s Reclaimed Wooden Timber Front Door.

Bespoke made to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitter.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There are a few marks and chips around the door, as is expected on reclaimed wooden items. This item could benefit from being repainted.
• Two of the hinges have broken and will need replacing. These can be purchased online and are easy to fit.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is original, single glazed, distorted.

Colour

• The colour externally is Blue and internally is White.
