1930s Original Reclaimed Antique/Vintage Wooden Pine Front Door in Red, made to a very high standard.

Has a Traditional Solid Brass Knocker Letter Box Plate installed externally.

Please note: The measurements in the table opposite are only for the Wooden door, not including the attached frame part. It can easily be removed.

Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light cosmetic paint chips in places, but are normal with older wooden doors – nothing a sanding down and repainting wouldn’t cover.
• Has part of the frame still attached to the hinges, however, this can be used as a template to build a new frame.
• Brush Draught Excluder comes separately with the door, which can easily be installed to the door if required.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multi-point ‘Chubb’ and ‘Yale’ locks would need to be replaced, as there are no keys for either lock.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is original, single glazed, and distorted.

Colour

• The colour externally is gloss Red and internally is White. However, this can easily be stripped down and repainted in your choice of colour.
•  Hinges are painted White.
