1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Front Door.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Chips to the wood in a few places (see photos) which could be easily filled.
• The paint is weathered on either side, and has some colour-test patches on the external side. This door could benefit from being sanded and repainted.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Missing the main lock (see photos) which could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.

Security

• Multipoint locking system, making it very secure.
• Main locks would have to be changed as there is no key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is original single glazed, distorted, leaded, with a colourful stained glass motif.
• Has leaded pattern design externally & internally on the glazing with each pane individually glazed, making them easier to replace if broken.

Colour

• The colour externally is Green and internally is White.
