1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Pine, French Doors.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- There is a small chip on the frame (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.
- The sill is slightly weathered, as is expected on reclaimed wooden items. However, this could be sanded down and varnished or painted. (please see last photos)
- The paint is chipped/weathered in a few locations also. This item could benefit from being sanded and repainted.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- 1 point locking system and has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, clear.
- Has Georgian Bars externally and internally, with each pane separately glazed, making them easier to replace if broken.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The handles are Black wrought iron and the colour of the hinges is White.
