Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.

- Screw holes on external side which could be filled. See in photos.
- 1 hinge is broken and will need to be replaced – these can be bought online, see in photos.
- One edge of the door was previously cut to size to suit a smaller opening, which you can see in the 3rd photo.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
