1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Timber Front Door.

Has a beautiful wrought iron Lion Head door knocker installed – see photos.

Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light chip on the door- see photo.
• The leading for the glazing is peeling slightly (see photos), however, this could be re-secured by your fitter on installation.
• Letter box cover missing, but new letter box covers are available online and easy to install.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multi-point ‘Chubb’ and ‘Yale’ locks would need to be replaced, as there are no keys for either lock.
• Has Bolt lock installed for a extra security.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is Leaded original single glazed, distorted.

Colour

• The colour externally Black.
• Internally varnished, which shows the natural woodgrain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
