1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Timber Front Door.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed at all.
- Missing letter box cover internally (see photo), new letterbox can be purchased online and is easy to fit.
- A few screw holes externally (see photo), but these could be easily filled.
- Top pane of glazing is cracked (see photos), however, this could be replaced by a competent carpenter.
- Top and bottom edges of the door have signs of slight rot, which is about 10cm length and 2cm depth (see photos). However a competent carpenter would be able to resolve this.
- The paint is worn/flaking on either side, as is expected with reclaimed wooden items. This door could benefit from being sanded and repainted.

Security
- Multi-point ‘Chubb’ lock need to be replaced, as there are no keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Glazing
- Glazing is original single glazed, distorted.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Grey.
