1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Timber Front Door.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The paint is chipped and peeled across both sides, as is expected on antique wooden items. This item could benefit from being sanded and repainted.
• A small piece of beading is missing (see photos) which could be easily replaced by a competent carpenter.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multipoint locking system by ‘Chubb’, making it very secure.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is original single glazed, leaded, with a colourful stained pattern motif.
• Has leaded pattern design externally & internally with each pane individually glazed, making them easier to replace if broken.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is painted White.
