Aluminium Grey Casement Window

Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Casement Window.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Few marks on the sill. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the product at all, these can be touched up.
- Slight scratches around window. Could easily be hidden with some touch up paint.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 40mm thick triple glazed, frosted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Moss Grey (RAL 7003)and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver.
