Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Few marks on the sill. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the product at all, these could be touched up.
• Slight scratches around window. Could easily be hidden with some touch up paint.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 40mm thick triple glazed, frosted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Moss Grey (RAL 7003)and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver.
