Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Casement Window.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still it is in good condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Small scratches on the exterior side (see photos) – these are not highly noticeable, and could be touched up to be made less visible.
• Chips and scuffs to the edges of the interior wooden frame from the previous installation/removal (see photos) – these could be filled or touched up, but will be mostly concealed when the window is installed again.
• Small dent on the interior wooden ledge (see photos) which could also be easily touched up.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• The handle operates as a child safety lock, and the opening mechanism includes an additional safety latch which prevents the window from being fully opened (this can be removed if you would like to open the window all the way).
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 40mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Moss Grey (RAL 7003)and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The handles are Silver and the hinges are Grey.
