Aluminium / Engineered Oak (Clad) Casement Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Kloeber’.

To order this direct would cost £1,362.00 (see 4th photo for original invoice).
This invoice was also 18 months ago before all the high price increases, so you would be looking at over £4,000 today.
This window comes with a sill (see photos) which is low profile and will not add anything to the overall height when installed.
This item is 11.5cm thick, as opposed to the factory standard 4.4cm.
Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
Security
- 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is Grey and internally is Varnished, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
