Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Internal part of the wooden frame has small chips in multiple places most of these can be filled or hidden by trim when installed.
• External aluminium part of the frame has light scratches in places please see last photos.
• Missing drain cap covers.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 40mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Moss Grey (RAL 7003)and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
