Aluminium/Wood (Clad) Back Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Velfac’.
Would cost around £8,000 if you were to order new direct.
Please note due to the weight (214.5kg each side light) (140.7kg for the door) and size of these items standard delivery will differ to normal. Please ask for a quotation.
ATTENTION – Please refer to the Velfac Installation Guides online regarding the fitting of this item.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Velfac’ key.
Opening
- The door pushes open externally and then slides to the right only when viewing from the outside. See Velfac online for a working video.
- The sidelight to the right of the door has a track underneath that the door slides into – again see the Velfac video online. The other left hand side sidelight could be used as a fixed window.
- This door has no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 181.2cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 130cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 311.2cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 48mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is matte Anthracite Grey and internally is matte White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
