Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Back Door in white.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- The paint on the external side is weathered slightly, as is expected on pre-owned items. This door could benefit from being repainted.
- Small crack on the internal edge of the frame (see photos) which is purely cosmetic and could be easily filled.
Security
- 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, distorted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
