Produced on the 29/08/2023 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.

ATTENTION – Please refer to the Velfac Installation Guides online regarding the fitting of this item.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There are a few dents and little scratches in the paint around the door, however a competent fitter will be able to resolve these or they could be covered by trim on installation.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is Anthracite Grey (RAL7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
