Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors in gloss Brown, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘ALUK’.
Would cost around £4,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Dent and scratch on the exterior side – the scratch could be easily touched up, and the dent is purely cosmetic so does not effect the operation of the doors whatsoever.
- Paint is chipped on the hinges which could also be touched up.
- There is a small scratch on one of the shorter sections of beading which could also be touched up, but this is likely to be hidden by the larger piece of beading when installed.
- Missing sill end caps.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right (see photos).
- Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
- Magnetically held together when stacked to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is gloss Brown, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Black.
