High quality Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by ALUK. Would cost around £6,000 if you were to order bespoke direct today.

This was originally a corner set of bifolds but we have split them into a 3 pane and a 4 pane on different listings.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Two small scratches from storage, but these are only cosmetic and could easily be touched up- see last photos.

Security

• 3 point ‘ALUK’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys for the main door, and 1 key for the T-Lock handle.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Please note the glass pane in the front photo is not the glass the bifold comes with – the glass is at a storage unit.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome.
• The colour of the hinges is White.
