Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘ALUK’.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light scratches on the side of the frame can be covered by trim for a low expense, please see last photo.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Main lock (half barrel) would need to be changed as there is no key. The bifold still locks using the handle but you cannot lock the handle.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the left hand side.
- When fully open, all 2 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- The door have no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Black.
