Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light scratches on the side of the frame can be covered by trim for a low expense, please see last photo.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Main lock (half barrel) would need to be changed as there is no key. The bifold still locks using the handle but you cannot lock the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the left hand side.
• When fully open, all 2 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• The door have no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Black.
