Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Had a light mark externally on the door, which has been lightly touched up.
- Comes with a UPVC Sill (3cm).
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency, made by ‘Planitherm’.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
