Condition
Brand new, never installed.
Comes complete with a 0.5cm sill.
Security
4 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside. The middle door also slides to the right.
Glazing
There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £895 total inc VAT. We can provide glass with a slight sun protection tint for £995 inc VAT.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations.
