Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ clean condition both sides.
• Scuff mark on the external side – this could be touched up.
• Two small light marks on one piece of beading. Could easily be hidden with some touch up paint- see last photo.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• There is no main traffic door, the doors open in twos from the right when viewing from the outside.
• When fully open both doors stack to the left, when viewing from the outside.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• There are no exterior handles and can only be locked shut from the inside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
