The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Aluminium Back Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Reynaers’ in a Heritage style, designed to faithfully replicate the traditional appearance of ‘Crittall’ Steel French Doors.
Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Small bend and scratches on the bottom Georgian bar and on the sill (see last photos), however these won’t effect the operation of the product at all and the sill can be removed/replaced at a low cost if desired.
- Light scratches on the door and on the frame externally, but these are already been lightly touched up and are not easily noticeable.
- Sill end caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Sobinco’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Black, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
