Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.
• The door has a wooden frame which adds 2cm to the top, bottom, left and right. The depth of wooden frame is 11.5cm.

Missing Parts

Locking plates missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 4 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £100 total inc VAT, this will take 10 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matte Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Grey coloured furniture.
