Aluminium Back Door in Grey, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.
- The door has a wooden frame which adds 2cm to the top, bottom, left and right. The depth of wooden frame is 11.5cm.
Missing Parts
- Locking plates missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 4 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £100 total inc VAT, this will take 10 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order the glazing yourself, the units required are:Width: 44cm, Height: 172.9cm (x1 pane) (checked JH)
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matte Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Grey coloured furniture.
