Aluminium Back Door with sidelights in Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Bespoke made to resemble a set of three-pane Bi-Fold doors.
Would cost around £3,000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Small chips to the paint in a few places, including the sill and two hinges (see photos), but these could be easily touched up.
- Light dent on the bottom of the door externally (see photos) – this is barely visible, and is purely cosmetic so does not effect the integrity of the doors in any way.
- Drain caps are missing, and the internal vent covers may need to be replaced, but these can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted very easily.
Security
- 3 point ‘Aliplast’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- The door is not currently secured to the frame, however all necessary screws for this are included and should be a simple task for your fitter.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 85cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 94.5cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 179.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), with a matching frame either side.
- The handles are Anthracite Grey and the hinges are Black.
