• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Light marks on the frame and the door and beading some of these have been touched up please see in last photos.

Security

• 5 point ‘Origin’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Anthracite Grey.
