Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The key has broken inside the lock which a competent fitter or locksmith would be able to remove. A replacement key will come along with the door, so the barrel will not need to be changed.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• This item does not have an external handle, and can only be locked/operated from the inside. This provides extra security and a sleek modern appearance.
• Comes with 1 ‘Camlock’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When viewing from the outside, both doors open from Left and stack entirely to the Right (see photos).
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Black.
