Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Snapped handle – which you will need to replace yourself – the door still works with no issues.

No keys so you will need to replace the half barrel lock yourself.

Scratch on frame.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has Silver hinges with Silver handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the left (there is no main traffic door); when fully open both doors stacks to the right.
Doors are bottom rolling.
There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Security

Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
