High quality Aluminium bi-folding doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘FSDS (Fold N Slide)’.

Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

–Missing key for the middle handle, however it can still lock shut, just not be child locked.

-One roller was replaced (with the same brand, just different design), however it had to be slightly modified in order for it to work on the system- see last photo. 

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has White hinges with Chrome handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the right (there is no main traffic door); when fully open all 4 doors stacks to the left.
Doors are top & bottom hung giving the very best support/operation.

Security

Multipoint ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
