Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• There are 3 x hinge cap covers missing, but these are only cosmetic- see last photo.

Security

• High quality 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, the 1 door stacks to the left and all 2 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £645 total including VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
