Outside your budget?
The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- There are 3 x hinge cap covers missing, but these are only cosmetic- see last photo.
Security
- High quality 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, the 1 door stacks to the left and all 2 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £645 total including VAT.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.
- If you want to order yourself, the units required are:

Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Matte White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.

📞 Additionally, we provide support for any installation questions or issues for up to a year, provided the item is installed by a FENSA-approved fitter and you can supply the fitter’s invoice and contact details.
