Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Vents are missing for this item these can be purchased online and easily fitted.
Security
- 5 point ‘Ingenious’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, the 1 door stacks to the left and all 3 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £595 total inc VAT.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

- The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
