Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Visible scratches on 2 of the doors which could be touched up, please see in photos.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘LSH’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, 2 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is Brown and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
