Condition

• Excellent condition both sides.
• Odd cosmetic paint chip- see last photo.

Missing Parts

• 2 Roller wheels missing off hinge, however these can be purchased online at a low expense- see last photo.
• One of the internal handles is bent out more than the other – still in working order.

Security

• 6 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• The doors open in twos from the left when viewing from the outside – there is no main traffic door.
• When fully open, and all 4 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
• There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
