Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Light marks in places please see last photos.
• 2 of the internal doors have been half painted this can be removed but will take some time and professional solutions i.e. (white spirit / sugar soap).
• Missing some of the screws to re-hang the doors.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 key.

Opening

• When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the left.
• When fully open, and all 4 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
