Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light cosmetic scratches on the external hinges and the frame (see photos) which could be touched up.
- 3 hinge cap covers are missing and 1 magnet cover is missing – these can be purchased online and fitted easily.
Security
- 5 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- Internally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, 2 panes have black warm edge spacer bars and 1 has white, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
