Produced by ‘Munster Joinery’, to a very high standard. They are very heavy and well made with laminated glass (glazing alone would have cost over £2,000). They were removed from a very expensive high end property.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Gasket will need to be replaced or re-attached to sill.
• There are no exterior handles on this bifold set, they are only locked and closed with the internal handles.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left. When fully open, all 6 doors stack to the right.
• There is no main traffic door, doors open in twos.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• There are no exterior handles on this bifold set they are only locked and closed with the internal handles.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Cream and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Cream.
