High quality Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, Duel colour which is a very expensive extra.

Not sure on the age, but they look modern doors.

This comes with a sill that can be removed if you wanted.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Marks around the frame from previous trim, but these would be hidden when installed with new trim.
• Tiny cosmetic mark by the handle on the inside, where the keys were left in the door when opened- see last photo, could easily be touched up.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system (including top/ bottom corners) making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the door opens in twos from the right.
• When fully open, all 2 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• These doors have no external handles, which provides additional security and gives a modern appearance from the outside. The doors can still be operated and locked by using the handle on the inside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
